Our Serenity Now will provide an unforgettable experience with 4000 sq ft, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and is able to accommodate whatever your needs are for a holiday vacation, family gatherings, corporate retreats, business meetings, or a friends get together. No expense was spared when designing this villa to ensure a superior guest experience for large groups. The home is upscale with an interior that has high-end furnishings and comfortable accommodations, just for your group. This three-story home offers breathtaking Gulf views from all floors and as a bonus there is a rooftop where you can enjoy unlimited beach views. First level features a two car garage and access to the beachfront private pool. Just step outside the French style doors and step into your private pool oasis. You can access the beachfront pool from the garage or through stairs from the second floor. A table with seating for 6 and additional sun loungers are available. Second level features an open layout with the living room, dining area and kitchen - together where the family can enjoy quality time together. There is a half bath right by the living area. The simply divine living space has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV and best of all it features sliding glass doors with beach views. Right outside the living space is a small patio with outdoor table and bbq grill. Dining area also features views of the beach and it comfortably accommodates 8 guests and the breakfast bar accommodates another 2 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters, casual bar seating and natural lighting. The kitchen features a large island. You can prepare home-cooked meals in this fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Second level also features the first 2 bedrooms – first bedroom has a Queen bed with a private bathroom (shower) and second bedroom features a King bed with a private bathroom (shower). Third level features the third bedroom with a kids room and a Queen bed, and even has a PlayStation! Fourth bedroom has a Queen bed with a private bathroom (tub/shower combo), fifth bedroom has a Queen bed with a private bathroom (shower). All of the bedrooms have beautiful décor and a flat screen TV. The primary bedroom has a King bed with amazing views of the water. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. Important Details: Pool heat is turned on from Nov to April and is $35 per day + taxes. Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Property Manager is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY). AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits. Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner’s use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
