Built in 1946, this lovely home is stocked with A DVD library, a VHS library, the necessary players, and a Blu-Ray player for anything you bring from home. That’s to say nothing of the board games and the round table in the breakfast nook perfect for tabletop gaming - not least because of the lovely view! Indeed, you can enjoy a view of the bay and harbor from several locations inside or outside on the deck. You’ll enjoy cooking together in the expansive full kitchen, which includes a prep island and plenty of stone countertop space. The downstairs workspace can function as a command center, or guests with remote work or schooling can use it (and the upstairs desk workspace!) to finish things up before heading to the beach. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
