This completely updated home on the highly sought after Upper Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ is perfect for your next vacation. It is sitting on a sloping lot with 147 feet of waterfront, beautiful natural granite outcroppings, and fantastic lake views from the large back porch outfitted with a gas grill and outdoor seating. The boat dock features a covered boat lift (rated up to 4000 lbs), as well as a swim/fish platform and two complimentary kayaks to use.
Arva’s Retreat is located just minutes from Perisso’s Winery and Inks Lake State Park, where you can enjoy hiking, geocaching, boating, scuba diving, fishing, water skiing, and more!
THINGS TO KNOW
The boat launch/ramp is located at Heart of Texas Resort at 408 Clen Oak Parkway, Burnet Tx 78611. They will charge a $20 fee to use the boat ramp.
This home is not available for events such as bachelor parties, fantasy football drafts, prom weekend parties or senior graduation parties.
The jet skis and jet ski lifts are not available for guest use.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Smart TV’s in living room and both bedrooms, guests must login to their own streaming accounts.
