Lovely 65-square-meter apartment located on the first floor of a period building with elevator (15 steps to access it), in the very heart of Verona, within a few minutes from every place of cultural and artistic interest, close to beautiful views and restaurants. You will like it for the location, the people, the atmosphere and the neighbourhood! The space Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has a comfortable living room with sofa bed and dining area, kitchen and a bedroom with a queen bed and wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Moka pot, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a bidet. Bed linen and towels included for each guest. Further amenities: TV, Wi-Fi connection, central heating, air conditioning (1 split in the living room), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hanger, hairdryer. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won’t be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. Other things to note IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.
