Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the highly desirable Holiday Isle section of town, panoramic views of the glittering gulf waters can be enjoyed throughout this lovely rental. With its fresh coastal decor and roomy living space, you’ll enjoy time unwinding when you’re not enjoying the white sand beach. A beach set up, including 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, are included with this condo for each day of your rental from March 1st-October 31st. Aegean #203 has an open floor plan with gulf views from the kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom. Prepare meals that make memories in this fully-equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances and stunning countertops. The coastal chic dining room table seats six and will likely be the centerpiece of fun stories and laughter while you enjoy meals with friends and family. Two counter height stools add for extra seating. A dash of blue and white in the open and bright living room accentuates the delicious gulf view. The living room furniture, including three recliners, is so comfortable you’ll be looking forward to movie night. We have provided puzzles, games and movies for the family to enjoy on a day you’ve had too much sun, or if the occassional "liquid sunshine" has you taking a break from the beach. Adjoining the living room is the master bedroom with gulf-front balcony access and a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen and a full bed and boasts a comfortable coral vibe. This bedroom has an ensute bath with a walk in shower. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
