On the first floor, you’ll find 2 cozy bedrooms with queen-size beds and 2 full bathrooms. There is an additional bonus room with a twin bed and a beautiful sweeping water view of the Destin Harbor. Upstairs is a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar open to a dining area for 6. The living room features an oversized sofa with a leather chair and large flat screen TV. Then only steps away is a furnished waterfront deck where you can watch the boats come and go. Bring your own boat and enjoy easy access from your private boat dock where you can easily come and go without the worries of vehicle traffic - head over to Crab Island or out to the Gulf of Mexico for a day of fun fishing. There is also another guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and a third bathroom. This cozy rental includes complimentary wireless internet, 3 flat screen TVs, a DVD player, and washer/dryer setup. Swinging on your deck or taking a short walk to the beach (beach access is only .4 mile away!), you’ll be sure to get that much needed vacation you’ve been longing for! This unit accepts monthly rentals and is pet friendly with a $250 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Two dogs maximum allowed.
