Access the upstairs deck directly from the bedroom loft, for dining and views,! The back patio unit is full of pop and color with a full bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, direct access to the spacious, private patio. This combo of two separate units joined by a very private patio is the best of both worlds--lots of privacy for individuals or two couples, with open shared space completely away from the world. Beach access across the street and two doors down! Walk on over and hit the beach and waves. Situated on a large lot, with one pullout parking space and on-street parking. Two blocks to Martin’s Restaurant or Cayucos Pharmacy, three blocks to Sea Shanty Restaurant, only .4 miles to the pier. The domestic area of both units and large patio area is available to guests. No washer/dryer, but laundry service is available for guests to set up with a local vendor.
