The Sabal House

Our spacious 2 floor home "The Sable House" is ideal for large groups or families. Located on Spring Street, location and parking cannot be more convenient! Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up (interior) stairs, the Sable features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 6-8 seats and living room with high vaulted ceilings. One King bedroom, one full and one-half bathrooms are located on the ground level with the other 2 bedrooms on the 2nd-level, along with the other 2 full bathrooms. 3rd-floor King bedroom features a spacious full bathroom just across the stairwell landing. Each of these King bedrooms with their own flat-screen Smart TV. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. On the roof top there is a seating area and an umbrella. Please lower the umbrella after use to prevent damage. It has a tendency to be VERY windy up there. *Airbed: Available upon request, however, you must notify management at least 24 hours before your check-in time* Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level. There is a small unit attached to the rear that is rented by a commercial tenant. Private balcony and rooftop with ample seating makes for great entertaining. Permit Number: 20250687 *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party* *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County *No parties *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside) *No firearms *Abide to quiet hours (10 pm - 8am)  *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations) *Construction - Please note that our city is continually growing and evolving, which means construction in various areas is ongoing. While we do our best to ensure a peaceful experience, occasional noise and traffic adjustments may be unavoidable.
