This beautiful urban villa is located not far from the center of Zadar, far enough with only a few neighbors provides complete privacy and close enough that in summer you can be part of the city bustle. Within its walls offers the highest level of comfort and modern equipment.
The villa consists of two floors and can accommodate 4 people. It has a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Comfortable bedrooms and terrace with a panoramic view of the beauty of the coast are additional attributes of this luxurious oasis of peace.
Beautiful terrace located on the first floor offers sun loungers, a dining table and a barbecue. In the yard you will find another barbecue, a space for dining and drinking morning coffee. The central emphasis is on the private pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. For leisure there is table tennis and board games.
