The Home
This is a duplex apartment on the second floor of a small granite building from the Belle Epoque. It is IMMEDIATELY CLOSE to Sillon beach. On the sea side, you can admire the rhythm of the tides. Renovated during the summer of 2017, it is particularly bright and offers contemporary comfort while also drawing inspiration from history and travel. It is ideal for a couple, two couples or a family with two children.

Located in a quiet and secure old house, it consists of an entrance, a dressing room, a bright living room. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and upstairs a sleeping area with twin beds that can be put together. There is also a sitting area with desk (velux with sea view).
Bed linen, tea towels and towels are provided.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
