Parking is available for two vehicles (one in the shared heated garage and one in the driveway.) This condo is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available. This rental does not have air-conditioning; fans provide summer cooling as needed. THE LOCATION This prime ski-in/ski-out locale is just 300’ from the Snowflake Lift and Trailhead, and a peaceful creek runs right by your complex in the warmer months. The Four O’Clock Ski Run will drop you off at home or on South Park Avenue -- 1 block from Main Street. (Main Street’s shops and eateries are also just a 15-minute stroll from your rental.) Catch a concert at the Riverwalk Center, an easy 8-minute walk. The rest of Breckenridge is a quick ride away -- your rental is located on the Black and Yellow routes of the Free Ride. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
