The open-plan concept provides space and natural light to this property. The living room area features a very large and comfortable sectional couch, Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove/oven, double-door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and all your cookware. In addition to the adjacent dining area, featuring a modern table with seats for four people, the kitchen also has an island with high-top seating for two. This space is perfect to gather with your guests over a nice homemade meal or some of your favorite beverages. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with plush linens and a wall mounted flat screen TV for you to unwind in the evening, The second bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable queen-size bed and plush linens; the third bedroom has a versatile daybed, perfect for your child or teenager! There are two bathrooms in this home; one features a shower/tub combination and the second with a stand-up shower. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot, toaster oven, and a toaster. Additionally, all your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs. PARKING: Private driveway and street parking. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is any time before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.
