2-bathroom property features everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. With a view of the mountains right down the street, hiking trails around the corner, and less than thirty minutes to Downtown Los Angeles, you’ll be ideally located to explore this part of California!
The open-plan concept provides space and natural light to this property. The living room area features a very large and comfortable sectional couch, Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove/oven, double-door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and all your cookware. In addition to the adjacent dining area, featuring a modern table with seats for four people, the kitchen also has an island with high-top seating for two. This space is perfect to gather with your guests over a nice homemade meal or some of your favorite beverages.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with plush linens and a wall mounted flat screen TV for you to unwind in the evening,
The second bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable queen-size bed and plush linens; the third bedroom has a versatile daybed, perfect for your child or teenager!
There are two bathrooms in this home; one features a shower/tub combination and the second with a stand-up shower.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all your cookware. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot, toaster oven, and a toaster. Additionally, all your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs.
PARKING: Private driveway and street parking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is any time before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.
