Chalet Chenavray is an Property Manager property. It’s a five-bedroom, four-bathroom chalet for 10 guests, spread over three floors, with 130 M2 of floor space.

Chalet Chenavray was one of the first chalets to join the Property Manager and has always been popular with multi-generational families looking for a comfortable chalet in a great location.
The lower floor was at one time set up as a separate apartment, so has its own entrance, kitchen, dining area, lounge, bathroom and bedroom, and its own deck.
The fireplace, living space and dining area are on the main floor, as is the main kitchen, which is small but well equipped. The sauna is in the bathroom on this floor.
The large main terrace is to the side and rear of the chalet, with a brick barbecue, table tennis table, dining area and private space for sunbathing.

By booking this chalet, you agree to an additional cost of €12.50 per registered animal, which will be deducted from your security deposit at the end of your stay. For electric vehicle owners, a flat-rate fee of €50 will be deducted from you security deposit at the end of you stay to cover the cost of the electricity needed to recharge the batteries. Please contact the manager if interested. Please note that the downstairs apartment is only accessible via outside, and separate from the upper level. The drive can be tricky in the winter even when cleared of snow, you may prefer to park by the road and walk up (approx 50m).
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We accept a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.
