The Property Manager team’s opinion - Chalet Les Houlottes is a comfortable, functional and spacious chalet. The spacious ground floor TV/ games room space and general layout make Chalet Les Houlottes a great choice for extended families wanting to share precious family time, two families sharing or a group of friends. The games room features table tennis, TV, X-box and comfy sofas - the kids can take over the ground floor while the adults relax around the fireplace in the first floor lounge. Perfect! With a bathroom on each of the top two floors and wc on each floor. Younger children will enjoy the cosy triple bedroom - cable car included (see photos). The compact kitchen and bathrooms are the most recently renovated indoor areas at the chalet. Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. Please note the drive is quite short and steep. Even when cleared of snow you may prefer to park your car at the bottom of the drive and walk up (approx. 20m). Although the property accepts 3 babies on top of the total capacity, please note that there is only 1 baby cot and 1 high chair available. SECURITY DEPOSIT We accept a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage.
