Amidst a generous area of garden the accommodation ranges over two levels of comfortable living space all with easy access to the wrap around terraces and balconies from where the sea views are simply stunning. One of a select group of Villas sharing the peninsular just south of the village of Spartia, we consider that Villa has a prime position at the end of the lane.
Location - Spartia
A short walk down the hill takes you to an interesting rock platform lapped by the sea furnished with sunbeds and parasols. There’s a sandy beach just a 5min drive away, above which The Waterways Taverna entices boat owners to tie up at the small jetty below. A few kilometers from the Villa is tiny Spartia’s maze like narrow roads all leading to the village centre, where there are two mini markets and a couple of tavernas. For more choice, Argostoli is just a 20min drive away

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
