Almost at the tip of the Liakas peninsular, which points south across the sea towards Zante, Villa Roberta enjoys peerless sea views. A well laid out, smart and beautifully finished Villa inside, the outside really steals the show with a variety of areas from which to enjoy those views, day and night. There’s a rocky platform down by the sea, accessed via a short footpath and a sandy beach for bathing just a short 5 mins drive away.
Location
If you are eating out, there are tavernas just under 10 mins drive away in the village of Spartia, where there is also a minimarket and above the arc of sandy beach down on the coast there are another couple of tavernas. For a wider choice it is not much more than a 15 min drive to Argostoli where an evening walking the promenade and around the square before making a choice of restaurants is not to be missed.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
