Almost at the tip of the Liakis peninsular, which points south across the sea towards Zante, this Villa enjoys peerless sea views. A well laid out, smart and beautifully finished Villa inside, the outside really steals the show with a variety of areas from which to enjoy those views, day and night. There’s a rocky platform down by the sea, accessed via a short footpath and a sandy beach for bathing just a short 5 mins drive away.
Location
If you are eating out, there are tavernas just 5 mins drive away in the village of Spartia, where there are a couple of mini markets and above the arc of sandy beach down on the coast there are another couple of tavernas. For a wider choice it is not much more than a 15 min drive to Argostoli where an evening walking the promenade and around the square before making a choice of restaurants is not to be missed.
