Set on the rising coastline, overlooking the sea, where you can see, on clear days, right across to the mainland and watch ferries, sailing boats and pleasure yachts plying their way to and from. This Villa is beautifully finished and designed to be ideal for families or groups of up to three couples, each double bedded bedroom has either a bathroom or shower room en-suite. There is a sofa bed in the larger bedroom for those who require a room with two beds - maybe for teenagers or children.
Location
In a quiet area just out of town, it’s 1.2 kms along the coast from the laid back resort of Skala and a pleasant evening stroll can be followed by a returning short taxi ride back.
If you’d rather not move even that far from the Villa (perfectly understandable), then within a 5 minute walk there is a lovely little undiscovered pebbly cove with beautiful clear water.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
