Within a short walk of the famous Praia da Dona Ana beach and walking distance to the beaches of Praia Camilo and Praia da Batata this spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is perfect for a relaxing, fun and memorable holiday – no matter what time of year. The south facing apartment is located on the first floor, overlooking the two pools and the garden area. It also benefits from a private terrace with space for 2 sun loungers and a dining table & chairs to enjoy the wonderful sunny days and evenings. The apartment has one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom, with access to a second bathroom. Both bedrooms benefit from air conditioning. Bedroom 2 has a workspace, including a desk, chair, and printer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, juicer, and an American-style fridge-freezer with ice machine. The kitchen also has double glass doors leading on a separate terrace, with it very own table and chairs, ideal for an afternoon coffee or a sundowner. The comfortably furnished air conditioned large lounge and dining area has a dining table and chairs to seat 6 persons and 2 large sofas to relax on. There is a flat-screen TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. The patio doors take you out to the veranda, where you can dine al fresco at any time of day.
