Our cleaners are wearing gloves, masks, using EPA approved cleaning products for all type of surfaces, ventilating rooms and spaces. Property Manager Vacations has encouraged the cleaning crews to apply the rules of social distancing, washing hands regularly for 20 seconds at least and are checking off a checklist with each cleaning.

The large Master suite offers a king size bed, flat screen tv, and a newly remodeled master bath. The bath is equipped with a walk-in shower, separate jetted tub, and dual sinks.
There are two guest rooms for your stay. A king size bed and flat screen TV in guest room one and two twin size beds in the second guest room. The rooms are accessible to the full guest bathroom.
The home will be fully appointed for comfort during your stay with linens and towels for you to use during your vacation.
The pool facing west will offer you amazing sunsets, warm breezes and dolphins teasing you with their playful personalities. The screen enclosed pool area has al fresco dining and 3 sun loungers to fully enjoy the outdoor living space.
In addition to the heated pool with lights for delightful evenings by the pool, there is a hot tub to help ease away any muscle aches and pains. Outdoor shower in the pool area for you to rinse after swimming.
Grill the evening away on the gas BBQ and sip cocktails as the sun goes down as you unwind from your day of sightseeing around Florida. Sit on the dock, throw a fishing line in the water and truly live the South Florida lifestyle.
This home is ideal for those who want to bring their boat or others who would like to rent a boat. We can recommend local boat rental companies who can offer a vessel that suits your needs.
The boat lift is occupied with a vessel and will not be available for guest use. There is plenty of dock space for your boat without utilizing the lift.
Please note the garage is currently used as owner storage and car parking will not be permitted. The motorcycles will not be available to guest use.
Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $15-25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Post-departure paid utility use may be offered at booking and will be billed at .185 kW for actual daily usage plus 11.5% tax and will be charged to a credit card on file. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee.
