This modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is located in a quiet, residential area of Lagos, not far from the centre of town and the nearest beach (‘Porto do Mos’).
The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a separate bathroom.
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a double bed and a separate shower room. All bedrooms lead out onto a balcony/terrace.
The spacious living / dining room has a large corner-sofa unit, a dining table with seating for 6 persons, TV, and DVD player.
This room opens out onto the south-west facing sun terrace with private swimming pool and built-in barbecue.
The fully-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and inductor hob. The washing machine is situated in a separate utility room on the lower ground floor.
The villa is ideally located near to Lagos town, with shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife all less than 15 minutes walk. There is also an excellent local bus service available with the nearest stop a couple of minutes’ walk from the villa.
The fabulous Porto do Mos beach is within 15-20 minutes’ walk of the villa and other well-known beaches that are walkable from the villa are ‘Praia Dona Ana’, ‘Praia da Batata’, and the 5km-long ‘Meia Praia’ that stretches from Lagos almost all the way to Alvor.
In addition, the dramatic scenery of the west coast is within easy reach by car.
The town of Lagos is full of character with its narrow streets and many restaurants serving fresh fish and other seafood. Children are welcome everywhere and there are many activities on offer for young and old, including dolphin watching and grotto trips, mountain biking & various water sports as well as a number of top-class golf courses (including Palmares, Penina, and Boavista – all within 10-15 minutes drive from the villa). A little further afield (approximately 30 minutes drive are water parks and the very popular’ Zoomarine’).
It is not necessary to have a car while staying at this villa as most amenities are well within walking distance.
Also, there is an excellent local bus service available with the nearest stop a few minutes’ walk from the villa and this can be used for exploring the local area.
For golfers, the villa is situated just a few minutes’ drive from the Boavista course and 10 minutes from Palmares. Within a 25-minute drive are the courses at Penina, Parque da Floresta, and Morgado.
