The sunroom dining table offers seating for eight. The kitchen bar seats four and a side table in the kitchen seats an additional two. Enjoy sweeping views from the backyard, which directly overlooks the bay. The sprawling lawn, two decks, a gazebo, and a gas grill create a serene outdoor oasis. There are plenty of Adirondack chairs for everyone in your group to find an ideal perch to take in the spectacular water views. Gather around the firepit when the stars come out. Follow the private footbridge and stairs from the backyard down to the beautiful shoreline -- it’s only a matter of feet to the water! Drive to Ellsworth for restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries. A day trip to Acadia National Park, just 10.5 miles away, is a must! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Access to this single-story home is via one step at the entryway. There are additional steps inside the home. There is an eight-foot embankment in the backyard; stairs lead to the beach. The fireplaces in the second bedroom and sunroom are not operational. This home does not have air-conditioning. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No Permit Required
