Situated directly on Union River Bay, this waterfront home features a private footbridge leading right to the shoreline! Grill your local catch on the back deck. While dinner sizzles, savor a crisp beverage on an Adirondack chair. The waterside gazebo is the perfect spot to admire the beautiful sunset. You’ll love the sunroom. Amazing bay views are yours to enjoy throughout the home. Enjoy evenings by the firepit overlooking the water.
Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. The sunroom dining table offers seating for eight. The kitchen bar seats four and a side table in the kitchen seats an additional two. Enjoy sweeping views from the backyard, which directly overlooks the bay. The sprawling lawn, two decks, a gazebo, and a gas grill create a serene outdoor oasis. There are plenty of Adirondack chairs for everyone in your group to find an ideal perch to take in the spectacular water views. Gather around the firepit when the stars come out.
Follow the private footbridge and stairs from the backyard down to the beautiful shoreline -- it’s only a matter of feet to the water! Drive to Ellsworth for restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries. A day trip to Acadia National Park, just 10.5 miles away, is a must!

Access to this single-story home is via one step at the entryway. There are additional steps inside the home. There is an eight-foot embankment in the backyard; stairs lead to the beach.
The fireplaces in the second bedroom and sunroom are not operational.
This home does not have air-conditioning.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
