Blissful beach days await! In a quiet neighborhood, this 3BR/2BA (plus loft) home is within a short stroll of an uncrowded 7-mile beach. Fantastic local dining is also a quick walk.
At home, large windows and skylights create a welcoming sunny vibe throughout. A charming fireplace with stone surround sets the scene for cozy nights in, and a full kitchen provides everything you’ll need to prepare delicious meals.
LIVING AREA
Spend quality time together in the open living area. Sip cocoa by the gas fireplace, or watch a movie on the TV with a DVD player.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of appliances. Handy gadgets include a coffee maker and toaster.
When you’re ready to eat, the dining table can seat up to five, while the kitchen bar seats an additional three.
BED & BATH
This spacious home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a loft.
Two well-appointed suites each offer a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom (also accessible via the hallway). One bathroom has a tub/shower combination, while the other holds a walk-in shower.
Another queen bed can be found in the third bedroom.
Providing an additional sleeping area, the loft has a queen futon and two twin beds. Open to the living room below and outfitted with skylights, this space receives natural light in the mornings. (The loft is only accessible via a steep ladder and may not be suitable for young children or guests with limited mobility.)

Step out to the private balcony and enjoy the fresh air and neighborhood views.

Enjoy quick access to the beach! Your home is located about a 5-minute walk to two different beach access points, one of which has a few parking spaces -- convenient for picnics and bonfires!
Upscale and casual dining are also within walking distance, as well as the Salishan Marketplace. Grocery stores in Taft and Lincoln Beach are an easy drive, and nearby Newport offers wonderful restaurants and fun local activities.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
