The Welsh apartment is located a few steps from Gare Lille Flandres and Gare Lille Europe. It is the ideal place to discover the city of Lille! This apartment located on the 3rd floor of the building and accommodates up to 4 travellers. It is composed : A large living room with fully equipped open kitchen and sofa bed, Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160x200cm and 1 bathroom, All of our apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, hotel-quality towels and sheets, toiletries and a Nespresso machine. You can reach a member of our team for the duration of your stay. Check-in / out can be done independently using an access code that will be sent to you by e-mail. Cleaning is included in the rental. The cleaning costs will therefore be directly integrated into the total price displayed. A deposit is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited in the event of a problem during your stay. In the event of a party or a neighbourhood complaint about noise after 10 p.m., the entire deposit will be charged. Ideal for families with children (an umbrella bed can be provided free of charge on request) or for your professional events (seminars, training courses, trips, etc.) thanks to a large living room. No elevator accesses.
