The open-concept layout includes a gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, a deck with a view of the River Trail, and a well-equipped kitchen, so you’ll have everything you need. Enjoy the communal hot tub located between the buildings and a parking space in the Riverside lot, and let your worries wash away. You’re in one of the best locations in town - enjoy! The Latitude 38 by Property Manager Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks! THINGS TO KNOW As part of your stay with Property Manager, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee. The hot tubs are closed during the fall and spring off-seasons for regular maintenance. STR#292 No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
