Trails Edge 3 - Trails Edge Stream
Just as mining companies scoured these hills for gold and precious metals hundreds of years ago, a gem of a different kind is waiting to be discovered at Trails Edge 3. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood minutes from the Mountain Village core, this condo welcomes you home like an old friend. Warm neutrals fill the interior and bright jewels tones of the emerald green forest and sapphire blue skies paint the scene just beyond your living room.
Sometimes luxury feels contrived, not so at Trails Edge 3 where hardwood floors and river rock accents create a space that is at the same time rustic and elegant. Just outside your door, Double Cabins ski run awaits you on crisp winter mornings, waiting to carry you down the mountain. In the warmer months, hiking trails abound flanking the Telluride Golf Course and disc golf course providing ample opportunities for adventure all year.
Whenever you visit and no matter for how long, the riches abound at Larkspur at Trails Edge and they take many forms. Falling asleep on the couch in front of the fire as the snow falls softly outside; a joke that becomes a memory you’ll share for years to come. Standing on the deck as the sun does its nightly dance with the horizon, sipping your favorite vintage. Moments like these are rare, and just like treasure, they are worth more than you might imagine.
