Just minutes to the beach & town of Lake Lure, Chimney Rock & Bat Cave. App. 45 minutes outside of downtown Asheville. You are app. 30 minutes to Asheville Regional airport, and 30 minutes to downtown Hendersonville. Under 30 minutes to the Tryon International Equestrian Center. Plan day trips to Asheville, Black Mtn, Hendersonville or Tryon for boutique shopping and antiquing. You are also app. 30 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and easy access to just about everything in the area. Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee, which reflects the highest level of standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a level of clean that surpasses any other vacation homes; we literally guarantee it! Processing fee Current local tax rate is 13% No Security Deposit / Guests are responsible for damages. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Home Truth: Lake Lure will be undergoing a drawdown starting January 1st, 2024 through the first quarter of 2024(March 31st). The lake will begin to be lowered by approximately 1 foot per day until 12 feet has been reached. Infrastructure maintenance, dredging, and dam projects will be expedited during this time frame. These efforts by the Town of Lake Lure may affect access to the lake and restrict any lake usage. The lake will likely be back up to normal levels by mid to late April. While we understand this is an inconvenience, this does allow you to enjoy the full beauty of Lake Lure in the fall and holiday season. Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive neighborhood. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Internet Speed: Download - TBD Upload - TBD Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby. Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, military discounts, and trip insurance.
