Built in the 16th century, this warm cocoon full of history and nestled in a green setting. Fully restored in 2015, with hints of the old and the new, the mill can comfortably accommodate 6 guests thanks to its 2 rooms. Whether you are in the bedroom, the kitchen or the living room, you will enjoy the view of the Sèvre Nantaise and the garden. You will also appreciate this exceptional setting, from the balcony, the terrace, or the 250 m² garden facing south. The accommodation With a surface area of 140 m², the mill has the following layout - Entrance - Separate, fully equipped kitchen with central island: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, dining table for 6 people. The kitchen faces east and has direct access to the garden. - Laundry room where you can find DIY equipment and gardening tools. Direct access to the garden from the laundry room. - Large living room facing SOUTH, furnished with a double quenn-size sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm), armchairs, fireplace (not functional), stove, bookcase, dining area, TV. The living room and its balcony offer a breathtaking view of the river. - The first room, called "Roseau", has a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe. This room faces east and offers a view of the garden and the river. - A second room called "Rocher", with two single beds and a large wardrobe. This room also has a view of the garden and the river. - Bathroom with shower, double basins, washing machine and dryer - Separate toilet - Sheets and towels provided. Outside Garden of 250 m², not overlooked and facing south. The garden is enclosed and offers direct and private access to the river: La Sèvre Nantaise. The garden and its shaded terrace are equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs. You will also have at your disposal a table tennis table! Everything is in place to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Around the Mill Located in the heart of the valley, on the Sèvre Nantaise, the Moulin de Pilet will ensure you a most pleasant stay combining calm and rest. Within a 20-minute walk, you will find all the local shops in the village of Mortagne-sur-Sèvre. You can also enjoy the market every Tuesday morning in Mortagne-sur-Sèvre and also every morning in Cholet, 12 kms away.
