The apartment is situated in a private residential complex known as "Urbanización Ruda", located at the foot of the ski runs at 1500 metres elevation mark in Baqueira. The access to the cable car is unbeatable; from the apartment, a lift takes us directly to the heated ski equipment room and from here another lift takes us directly to the cable car.
It is the perfect holiday accommodation for a large family or group of friends who are looking for above all comfort and unbeatable location. The apartment offers a spacious open plan lounge-dining room with kitchenette, three bedrooms and two modern fully fitted bathrooms.
On entering the apartment we come into the lounge-dining room and kitchenette. To the right, we find the lounge area where there is a comfortable L-shape sofa. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
