This three-storey vacation home offers a spacious open plan lounge-dining room with kitchenette, four bedrooms and two fully fitted bathrooms.
It is situated in a private residential complex known as "Urbanización Ruda", located at the foot of the ski runs at 1500 metre elevation mark in Baqueira. The access to the cable car is unbeatable; from the apartment, a lift takes us directly to the heated ski equipment room and from here another lift takes us directly to the cable car.
The main daytime area situated on the ground floor is especially warm and pleasant. In the lounge area there is a comfortable sofa next to the fire place and to the left, a beautiful dining table where you and your party will be able to enjoy wonderful evenings after the day at the slopes. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
