This apartment has been completely renovated and decorated by our interior designers in 2019.
The apartment is located in a quiet street in the center of San Sebastian, from which you can access the main pedestrian and commercial areas. From the apartment, you can walk to all the places of interest in a few minutes, including the Old Town, as well as any of the beaches, both Zurriola beach and La Concha beach.
This apartment has two beautiful rooms, a complete bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette in the spacious living room area.
It stands out for its careful decoration, its fantastic location and absolute tranquility. It is also located next another of our apartments, which makes it a very interesting option if you need two nearby apartments.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
