City of Durango Permit - 2019 -157 Our 1 bedroom (loft) and 1.5 bathroom condo is all about it’s location near the heart of Durango’s historic tourist district. The condo is just 5 blocks (less then a 10 minute walk) from Historic Main Street and a seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries. There is one covered parking spot under the building and the condo features a washer/dryer and small balcony. Its located right across the street from Durango Joes coffee shop as well as Durango Natural Foods Coop. Bed Configuration Master Bedroom - King Main Living Space - Queen Blow up mattress (w/pump) This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. The maximum pet fee is $150. We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.
