Our 1 bedroom (loft) and 1.5 bathroom condo is all about it’s location near the heart of Durango’s historic tourist district. The condo is just 5 blocks (less then a 10 minute walk) from Historic Main Street and a seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries.
There is one covered parking spot under the building and the condo features a washer/dryer and small balcony. Its located right across the street from Durango Joes coffee shop as well as Durango Natural Foods Coop.

This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. The maximum pet fee is $150.

Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
