Walking distance to the Boboli Gardens, and just minutes by foot to Palazzo Pitti, the Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Santo Spirito. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- No Party allowed
- City tax is €5.5 per person per day (excluding children under 12) for a maximum of 7 days
- Late check in extra fee: after 8pm €20, after 11pm €35
- For long stays (30+ days) a security deposit of 1 month's rent is required
- For long stays (30+ days) payment of utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet) is required
- Consumptions will be measured at the beginning and end of the stay to calculate the amounts
