2 houses joined together in one, offering a crossing luminosity, with a terrace to the south with a small view on the beach of the lock and the other to the west facing the garden.
This quiet house offers you a superb enclosed garden, planted with trees, on the north side of above the promenade de la malouine.
A large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a large sunny terrace facing south. A cooconing lounge area at the other end of the room. Separate toilets and storage cupboards. One of the sofas is convertible with a bed in 160.
The first floor offers 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and toilet. Sea view from one of the rooms, and balcony for another with a sea view. Two of the rooms have a double bed that can be separated into 2 single beds on request.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
