A gorgeous beachfront setting awaits at Ocean Reef 9 902, a multi-level condo on the white sand shores of the Gulf of Mexico. You need only ascend an outdoor staircase to return home from the beach for lunch or an afternoon snack on the deck. The condo is painted in a soft shade of blue, offering central air conditioning, a fully appointed kitchen, space to dine both indoors and out, and a gulf-front living room with a flatscreen TV. In the evenings, you’ll find that each of the three bedrooms has its own flatscreen TV as well. Ocean Reef is a beachfront complex with an outdoor swimming pool and a sundeck where you can lounge in the shade of swaying palm trees. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
