These homes are located at the east edge of town, about ¼ mile away, and sits up on the mountains with breathtaking views that overlook the town; not to mention this location gives you privacy and relaxation. Guests of Casa Nueva 6 spend their time soaking in the peace and quiet of the laidback mountain lifestyle, while still being close to everything in town.
This two bedroom townhouse has a king in one bedroom and a set of full size bunk beds in the second bedroom. Other features include 1.5 baths, full kitchen, dining room, and living room. You will enjoy the views from the two balconies or enjoy the other amenities such as Tv’s in both bedrooms and living room, wood burning fireplace (wood provided) and a gas grill as well as free Wi-Fi internet access. This property has a total of 1088 square feet.
Two pets under 100 lbs. allowed with a $125 nonrefundable pet fee due at the time of check in. Renter must obey leash law, pick up after their pet, and will be held responsible for any damage occurring to the unit.
