You are 40 minutes to Asheville Regional airport, and 55 minutes to the gates of Biltmore Estate. You are also an easy 20 minutes from the DuPont National Forest and many other outdoor/recreational attractions. It is fairly easy to access the home, via only easy, paved roads. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. PETS: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby. NO SMOKING ALLOWED Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, military discounts, and trip insurance. Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays. Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name.
