This charming mountain apartment is located in a recently developed, high-end residential area at the base of the Baqueira slopes, 1,500 metres above sea level. The building follows traditional Aranese architectural style, constructed with stone, wood, and slate. Inside, these natural materials blend seamlessly with modern finishes and tasteful furnishings to create a warm and elegant alpine atmosphere.
The property features beautiful wooden flooring throughout, except in the kitchenette and bathrooms. Access to the cable car is exceptionally convenient: an internal lift takes you to a heated ski storage area, and from there, another lift connects directly to the gondola—making it an ideal location for ski lovers.
Upon entering the apartment, guests are welcomed by a spacious open-plan living and dining area. The lounge features a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a stylish closed fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. Adjacent to the large French windows is the dining space, where a generous table with leather chairs invites guests to enjoy cozy evenings after a day on the slopes.
