The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and a TV with Roku, while the second bedroom has a twin-size bed. The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. Prepare tasty meals on the patio’s gas grill. Take a reflective stroll through the backyard and enjoy the relaxing coastal breeze. On clear nights, roast marshmallows over the wood-burning firepit. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The backyard is shared with an adjacent property, with each property having its own seating area, firepit, and grill. This two-story home has step-free access from the driveway. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
