Step out onto your front porch as the crisp mountain air greets you with scenic views of the mountain from left to right. Across from the Red River Library and the Little Red School House, the views from the Grandview Townhomes encompasses the historic natural beauty of this little town in the mountains.
Grandview #9 is a two bedroom townhouse that sits on the east end of town, but is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The front door opens up to a large living area with a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided during winter months) and satellite TV for your entertainment. The property does have WiFi.
Also on the first floor is a lovely dining area with a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen as well as a 3/4 bath with a washer and dryer.
Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a wonderful view of the mountains from a private balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and two oversized twin bunk beds. There is a full bathroom (tub/shower) in the hallway, a shower downstairs and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a total of 1036 square feet in the property.
Grandview #9 Townhouse now has a/c! Not that it’s always needed but if you’re visiting during a warm spell, you’ll be perfectly comfortable during your stay!
Other features include a front porch with seating and a gas grill. There are 2 parking spaces right in front of this unit making unloading a breeze! No trailer parking. Wood is not provided in the summer months for fire pit/fireplace. Although, it can be purchased at the office.
This property will allow pets under 100 lbs. with a $125 non-refundable pet fee due at the time of check in. Pets must be kept on the bottom floor and we ask that a crate is used when left alone. There is a gate in the property that should be used at the bottom of the staircase to keep all pets on the main floor.
