The community pool is unheated and open seasonally from May 1st to October 15. Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort amp Spa. Therefore, guests will not be charged the 25day resort fee. The onsite restaurants and shops are open to the public. Day passes for the spa, tennis, and fitness center are available for purchase. Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Silverado Resort amp Spa guests, Troon members, or can be booked for guests by a local golf pro. Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, resort housekeeping, resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool.
