Once mealtime is over, gather around the flatscreen TV for an entertaining afternoon watching a fun movie or series before heading to the beach or to the shared outdoor swimming pool. Or you can visit the sauna for an even more relaxing afternoon. Back at home, you’ll have the convenience of a private washer/dryer combo to clean up your towels, bathing suit, and everything you carried with you. This family-friendly retreat offers an unbeatable location only 500 yards away from Whitecap Beach! You’ll also be close to plenty of dining options. North Padre Island sits with the Gulf of Mexico on one side, accessible by the Packery Channel, and the quiet waters of Laguna Madre on the other. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
