Azure 217 *** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. *** This stunning unit on the 2nd floor features 1,654 square feet of pure luxury for the entire family to enjoy.
