The interior is bright and beautiful, illuminated by cascades of natural light coming in through wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling windows. Spread out on a comfy sofa to enjoy a favorite novel with a glass of wine while the wood-burning fireplace crackles away - just don’t get too distracted by the spectacular mountain views. The kids will love watching their favorite DVD movies on the TV while you prepare tonight’s nutritious family meal in the full kitchen. Don’t forget to take a little time out for a leisurely stroll down the road while listening to some good music downloaded via the free WiFi.
Each bathroom includes grab bars, and the main bathroom includes a shower chair. There are accessible-height beds with wide clearance.
You’ll have all kinds of terrific outdoor activities waiting for you like hiking, mountain biking, boating, skiing, and ATV excursions. Take your 4x4 up to Phelps Lake, 12 miles north, for some terrific hikes and even a diving rock to splash off of. Cache Creek Trail, Coal Creek Trail, and Phillips Canyon Trail are all great places to enjoy your early morning exercise while taking in stunning views.

Parking Information
Parking is available for two vehicles only per unit:
One assigned space in the driveway (in front of the unit)
One space inside the garage (garage dimensions: 8 feet wide by 6 feet tall)
A valid parking permit is required and must be clearly displayed on the windshield at all times while parked within the complex.
RVs, trailers, and oversized vehicles are not allowed.
Additional vehicles will be turned away.
No parties, events, or family reunions.
Golf Creek Ranch is a family oriented community.
Streaming is available using your own accounts.
Guests must provide their own firewood, which can be purchased locally at the grocery store.
This property is managed by Property Manager Wyoming LLC.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
