Though day trips to Yosemite are a must, sticking closer to home base will be a blast as well with Pine Mountain Lake Golf Course a mile away, access to Dunn Court Beach on sparkling Pine Mountain Lake two miles away, and the wide variety of restaurants and shops that line Main Street. THINGS TO KNOW Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Due to the owner of the home having severely extreme allergies to dogs, no dogs/pets are allowed in this home unless the animal is certified through the ADA. Please be transparent when booking home if you do indeed have a certified service animal as to allow us to properly clean after departure. This home is within a gated community that requires a $50 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
