This condo is located right in the heart of Arrowhead, just 100 yards north of the Arrow Bahn Express Lift. Don’t feel like cooking in your full kitchen? A variety of restaurants, bars, and breweries are scattered across the immediate area, almost all of which offer takeout. In addition to the nearby slopes, you’ll find additional skiing and snowboarding for every skill level just a short bus ride or drive away, in Avon (only three miles east), at Beaver Creek (five miles east), and Vail (14 miles east). Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A 4x4 is recommended in winter. Please note that this home does not include central AC. There is a heated underground parking space with additional parking in the Arrowhead lot across from the condo.
