Guests will also enjoy access to a shared, outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and a pickleball court. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and three new smart TVs. This condo is located right in the heart of Arrowhead, just 100 yards north of the Arrow Bahn Express Lift. Don’t feel like cooking in your full kitchen? A variety of restaurants, bars, and breweries are scattered across the immediate area, almost all of which offer takeout. In addition to the nearby slopes, you’ll find additional skiing and snowboarding for every skill level just a short bus ride or drive away, in Avon (only three miles east), at Beaver Creek (five miles east), and Vail (14 miles east). Hiking, river adventures, and world-class mountain biking can also be found all over the county. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A 4x4 is recommended in winter. Please note that this home does not include central AC. There is a heated underground parking space with additional parking in the Arrowhead lot across from the condo. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
