Inside this sleek and stylish home, you’ll find a terrific, open kitchen with modern appliances and a gas cooktop, a dining table that seats up to 12 guests, an inviting, sunlit living area with a gas fireplace, and a lower-level game room/media room with foosball, a pool table, and a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV. Outside, you’ll find a furnished patio and deck, a grassy yard perfect for games of cornhole using the provided setup, and access to the water, where you can set off for the day in one of the four provided kayaks. There is also a propane-powered fire table for entertaining gatherings and story-telling time. For sleeping arrangements, younger guests will love the kid-friendly bunk room downstairs with toys and games. This home is located on the public side of Lake Anna. There are local vineyards near the house, and boat and jet ski rentals are available through local vendors for a fee. You will also be within a few short miles of several restaurants. Lake Anna is great for water sports enthusiasts, and the Lake Anna State Park offers more than 15 miles of scenic hiking trails, picnicking areas, guarded lake swimming, and playgrounds!
