*PLEASE NOTE: Due to construction, the outdoor walkways are being resurfaced and will limit elevator accessibility. Guests will need to take the elevator to the closest available floor and use that floor’s walkway to the stairwell units and go up the stairs until they reach their applicable unit. For unit 401, the elevator will only be available up to the 3rd floor. SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until the Spring of 2025: -Outdoor Pool -Outdoor Hot Tub -Splash Pad The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
