If you want a bit of relaxation or alone time, retreat to one of the quaint bedrooms or draw a bath in the unique soaking tub in the main bathroom. Or, for more family-oriented relaxation, play a movie on the flatscreen TV or use the free WiFi to share favorite memories with friends back home. Perched just two miles from Lake Gregory and the surrounding shops and restaurants, you will be able to get a taste of all the action in no time. Not to mention, a truly special dining experience can be found at Hortencia’s at the Cliffhanger with unmatched views and delicious Mexican options. And, even more lake fun can be had at Lake Arrowhead just seven miles from your front door if you want a change of scenery. THINGS TO KNOW A 4WD/traction may be required in the winter. This home, like many in the mountains, does not feature air-conditioning. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and access is controlled by the Arrowhead Lake Association. At this time the ALA does not permit guests staying at vacation rentals access to their facilities. The nearest public lake is Lake Gregory in nearby Crestline. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
