It might be small, but provides all the needed amenities to have a great time! Snuggle up on the couch and turn on the TV for a fun afternoon or head outside to host a BBQ using the gas grill available - you and your guests can take advantage of the picnic table in the gorgeous and lush lawn for a nice meal al fresco. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances the chef of the group needs to prepare full-course meals, memorable breakfasts, and tasty desserts.
This prime location will put you only two and a half miles from charming downtown York. You’ll have two incredible beaches nearby; Long Sands, which is two blocks away, and Short Sands, which is two and a half miles away and is the perfect beach to visit with the kids. There you can find a public playground, several basketball courts, and a lush open lawn area. Downtown York boasts a plethora of dining options if you’d like to treat the crew to delicious local meals. Plan a fun, family trip to York’s Wild Kingdom, a zoo and amusement park combo! Make sure you visit the Nubble Lighthouse (less than three miles away), which sits on top of the Cape Neddick Nubble, a very small rocky island. Less than 10 miles away is Mount Agamenticus, which is popular thanks to its hiking and biking trails, and also due to the stunning 360-degree view from the top.
